My thought is this is a result of bringing Basso on. I mean, it kind of has to be. I thought it was sketchy of them to do that given the "gentlemen's agreement" - but, the whole "gentleman's agreement" stuff has to stop in cycling. There need to be clearly defined rules that are enforced with $$$ penalties like any other sport. Sillyness. Nonsense.
